Town Supervisor: Kevin Hansan
Kevin Hansan is a dedicated public servant and a thirty-year resident of Pound Ridge. He is also the parent of adult children who attended Bedford Central Schools from Pound Ridge Elementary School through Fox Lane.
Currently serving his fourth term as Town Supervisor, he is seeking re-election.
With a background in both business and technology, Mr. Hansan brings a pragmatic and innovative approach to public service. He has championed efforts to modernize town operations, expand community programming, and protect Pound Ridge’s natural resources and open spaces.
Since first taking office, Mr. Hansan has brought a steady hand, collaborative spirit, and results-driven leadership to local government. Under his stewardship, the town has strengthened its financial position, secured millions in state and federal grants, and advanced critical infrastructure projects—including a clean water initiative to address PFAS contamination and protect public health. Mr. Hansan’s priorities have consistently centered on transparency, fiscal responsibility, environmental stewardship, and preserving the unique character of Pound Ridge for future generations.
Whether navigating emergencies, building consensus, or rolling up his sleeves to support community events, Kevin remains focused on what matters most: delivering responsive, effective leadership for the people of Pound Ridge. As he seeks re-election, Mr. Hansan is committed to continuing the progress made—and ensuring Pound Ridge remains a vibrant, inclusive, and resilient town for all.
